My boyfriend, Matt, and I are currently entering the Biggest Loser Million Pound Challenge. It looks like a fun way to keep track of what we are doing and keep us motivated. My goal is to tone up and lose that 40 pounds that I have gained since college. Matt is focused on his weight lifting and wants to do cardio daily. He doesn't have any weight to lose, but is my biggest support system. We have a gym membership to Urban Active and are enjoying working out together.
